Hey everyone!
We're at the end of week one of this campaign and we've already hit the half way mark. Thank you very much for everyone's support!
There have been more questions coming in about this campaign so we'll do what we can to answer some of those here. As always, points will be summarized and added to the FAQ.
- What's the deal with the lack of stretch goals?
Over the campaigns we've run over the years, time after time it's occurred to us that unwieldy stretch goals are very detrimental to getting a campaign fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time. The focus this time around is to get Rewrite+ and Harvest Festa to the masses as soon as reasonably possible and for that purpose we decided to reduce the amount of tiers available as well as do away with stretch goals.
- Okay sure, but some more goods would be nice.
We're actually in discussions with Visual Arts to add a few more goods to the campaign. The top suggestions have been dakimakura covers so we'll see what we can do about that. In order to not add too much confusion, if we get the green light we'll only add a few extra tiers. For everyone else, there will be an option to add extra funds which can then be used to select a dakimakura cover of your choice in BackerKit. Thus we'd like to emphasize to everyone... PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR SURVEYS! We won't be able to get an accurate count to send to the printers when the time comes so it's imperative that if any add-ons are approved that you answer your surveys as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone's cooperation on this.
- Wait, what about the OST? What's a game release without an OST?
We're also working on this as well. Most likely it will be similar to the CLANNAD campaign where we will be able to offer the OST during the campaign but it will not be available for purchase from us after the campaign is over due to our agreements with Visual Arts.
That's about it. Interested in other goods or have other questions? Feel free to leave them in the comments section below. Till next time! '-')/
